We serve the construction bridge loan market, Massachusetts first. We have 30+ years of combined experience in real estate, law, and capital markets, and our founder-led team is hands-on, creative, and tech-savvy. We minimize red tape, stay close to our projects, and adapt quickly.
We provide second position loans and equity to small and mid-sized developers to complete the funding of projects ranging from cosmetic fix-and-flips to ground-up new construction.
We implement automated live and active project monitoring, cross-checked with human input and imaging, to make sure our projects stay on track.
