These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at blockbridgefunding.com (the "Site"), operated by BlockBridge Funding, Inc. ("BlockBridge," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Other products and services of BlockBridge or its affiliates are governed by their own terms or by separate written agreements between BlockBridge and the recipients of those services — not by these Terms.

If you have signed a loan, financing, or other written agreement with BlockBridge, that agreement — not these Terms — governs the matters it covers. These Terms govern only your use of the Site itself, and nothing in them modifies any signed agreement.

Content on the Site describes our lending business in general terms. It is not a commitment to lend, an approval, or an offer of specific terms; all financing is subject to our underwriting, documentation, and applicable law. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The Site — its software, design, text, and content — is owned by BlockBridge or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from the Site, use automated means to access it beyond its intended interfaces, or interfere with its operation or security.

The Site relies on providers we do not control, including our hosting providers. Links to other websites, including those of our affiliates, are provided for convenience; those sites are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: BlockBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site; and our total liability for claims relating to the Site (as distinct from any signed agreement, which has its own terms) will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; there, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You will indemnify BlockBridge against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate Site access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Site or its users. Sections 2–3 and 6–10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site.
