Phil has built and scaled multiple service-based and real estate-adjacent businesses, giving him a practical, ground-level understanding of how deals succeed or fail. At BlockBridge Funding, Phil oversees legal strategy, underwriting policy, and institutional safeguards, ensuring that investor capital is protected through every stage of the lending process.

While still an undergraduate at Middlebury College, Henry began his entrepreneurial career by helping to launch a clean energy fintech company in 2024. Henry used the finance and underwriting knowledge he gained to co-found BlockBridge Funding.
