Always happy to talk

A question, a project you are weighing, or just an introduction. You do not need a deal in hand to write to us.

Write to us
hello@blockbridgefunding.com

No form, no intake desk. The address goes straight to our inbox, and we see everything that lands there.

Where we lend today

Massachusetts is live now, with the neighboring states next. Building elsewhere in New England? Still write; we would rather know you early.

No wrong reason to write

Questions about how we work, a project you are sizing up, or an introduction for later. All of it is welcome.

Helpful things to mention

None of this is required. A few sentences in your own words is plenty; these just save us a round trip.

01
Who you are
What you do and how long you have been doing it. If you work with people we might know, say so.
02
Anything you have finished
A past project or two, if you have them. An address is easier for us to look at than a description.
03
Where you work
The towns you know. It tells us quickly whether we are looking at the same map.
04
What you are after
A question, a specific project, or a relationship for whenever the right one shows up. Any of the three is a fine reason to write.

We see everything that comes in and answer what we can. Mass pitches and brokered lists we leave alone.

What happens next
Someone here reads it
Not a queue and not a bot. We are a small team, so we cannot promise a reply to every note.
We do a little homework
Enough to have a useful first conversation instead of a generic one.
We talk
A call or a coffee. If there is something to work on together, we go from there.
Warm intros

If you know someone we have worked with, ask them to put your name in the thread. It is always the easiest start.
